HR wanted to improve their onboarding processes. There is so much information new employees need to about working on campus information overload was a really problem. This was on top of all the additional information they were learning in their new positions.

We found grouping items by time would help make things more manageable. We decided these periods before you start: First Day, First Week, & First Month. A section for hiring managers was also added to help them follow what they need to do during those same time periods.
